Shipping and Returns
Most orders are dispatched Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from orders received prior to these days.
All orders are tracked using Australia Post services – Express Post within Australia and
Standard International for other countries.
At Energy Health & Harmony, we strive to ship orders immediately – normally within 2 – 3 business days of processing an order. Unforeseen circumstances may mean that this time is longer, but we pride ourselves in prompt service.
If questions are necessary prior to product purchase, we welcome contact to discuss and explain; Email is the first preferred form of contact for questions, however many customers do tend to make a phone call.
We honour a 90 day guarantee on most product (except Personal Pendants) presented on this website, excluding shipping and handling, provided the product is returned in an undamaged, saleable condition.
It must be returned to: PO Box 3321, ERINA, NSW, 2250, Australia, carefully packed in padding via Registered Post or Expess Post with a signature required, together with a copy of the original invoice and a note giving the reason for the refund request.
